Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, before the end of the following business day. Cancellations made with less notice may require 50% of the service fee, which will need to be paid before your next appointment can be scheduled. To ensure fairness to all clients, repeated cancellations may result in being charged the full service amount and could affect the ability to book future appointments.
